“I really hate to write such a glowing review for Russ's shop jus because I'm afraid he will get to be so busy, I won't be able to get an appointment with him again.
This guy is very different from the crooked shops I've tried to use. He's personable, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. He goes above and beyond to do a good job and please the customer.
I dropped off my F350 Dually truck for rear emergency brake repair in the morning and had it back that evening. He even aired my tires to proper pressure, ALL 6 OF THEM!
My invoice for the parts and labor was so pleasing, I tipped him another 12%.
I do as much maintenance and repairs on my vehicles but some things are out of my abilities to do because of health.
