“Mike is a REAL angel!! On Saturday, March 4, 2023, my grandson's car broke down on the I-65 about 20 miles north of Munfordville. He was towed by another company to Munfordville Super 8 motel. There was a major power outage from a storm that passed through and there was no electricity anywhere in the city. My grandson was the only customer at the hotel. I had no way to contact him, I couldn't sleep. At 2 am while on the internet I found Mike's service and saw all of the positive reviews that he received. I contacted Mike on Sunday morning. He went up to Munfordville, found my grandson, towed him to Bowling Green, fed him, and waited with him while he picked up a U-Haul truck to drive to Atlanta. My grandson didn't want the car anymore and Mike took it off of his hands. I can't thank him enough.”

“I was traveling from Manitoba Canada for the Thanksgiving holidays. I lost all of my coolant about 8 miles from Horse Cave. A local slowed down and asked if I needed help. I asked for a recommendation for a tow not knowing where I need to tow it to. They said “call PCS, they will get you going maybe even here at the side of the road and gave me their number.” So I did just that. They responded to my call promptly. Towed me to their shop. And it didn’t stop there. Cory was clearly knowledgable of what I needed and was looking up my part while I waited for my ride to a motel. And this was late a night! I was very impressed for being a Parts Manager back home. He had the part ordered that I needed late at night and had me all fixed up early the very next morning again with a very reasonable rate. Very friendly folks. I highly recommend.”
