He made the Amazon return process incredibly easy—something that usually requires me to print out a label and handle everything myself. Tom took care of it quickly and efficiently. “If you're not familiar with the area, the drop off is INSIDE the Advance Auto Parts store. Go inside, go up to the counter and let them know what you need (if they haven't already sussed it out from the box you're holding). Someone will scan your package and offer to send you an email confirmation of the drop off. That's how it has worked at every one of these that I've gone to before and is exactly how it worked at this one today (12/29/2023). Just as an aside, IF they don't offer to send you an email receipt, just ask. Robots haven't taken over yet. The employees there are people too. We all have bad days, get busy and forget things, etc. from time to time. Have a little patience and all will be well.”
