“Checking out was a pleasant experience but when I had to return the item I stopped at the perfume station and both girls informed me I needed to take the return to women's dept. Even though they were not busy. The woman working in the women's dept called the manager to come down and they took care of me right away and apologized for me having to wait and that I had to walk a further distance. I would recommend Belks to anyone except for the awful assistance I received at the perfume counter.”
