“Joe is a good ol' boy, laid back and super friendly. If you're expecting a plush waiting room, pickup and drop-off service, or even to have the phone always answered or regular hours, forget it. But if you want a good honest mechanic that isn't gonna break the bank, he's your guy. I had a strange problem with my Grand Cherokee not long ago. Dropped it off and popped back in the next day to check on progress, and it was ready. It was as simple as the ground wire being loose and making intermittent contact. "What do I owe you, Joe?" "$20 sound fair?" Fair? You can't go through the drive-thru at McDonald's for $20.”

“We were traveling through the area when a tire shredded on our boat trailer. I called Conrad’s to see if they had a replacement tire. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. She even double-checked they had the correct size before we drove there. She let the techs know we were on our way so that when we pulled in they met us in the parking lot. The guys helped us remove the spare, put the new tire on the rim, and helped us put the new tire on. We were done in less than twenty minutes! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. This is exactly what you want in a business. If I lived closer I’d buy all my tires from them!”

“Well the only good thing that occured regarding wrecking and totaling my vehicle was how genuinely nice the employee were. The driver went out of his way to drop me off at a gas station nearest the highway which he did not have to do. I spoke to George (I think that is his name) about possibly repairing the vehicle. He gave it to me straight and told me that the repair would cost more then then vehicles worth due to the air bags deploying..I asked if we could make it an Off Road only vehicle (cut the air bags out but not fix the). Because they are a legit professional shop they told me that wouldn't be possible which was fine and despite me being disappointed I understood. George was very nice on the phone. We met Lilly and she was very nice as well.”
