“I cannot recommend them high enough. My journey came in for a radiator replacement and an oil cooler replacement. As rick was repairing my vehicle , he found negligent work that had been done by a previous mechanic. He caught one major issue that could have been life threatening. He was prompt to respond, was in constant communication and I know he cut me a break on the labor charges. Honest dependable hard working mechanics are hard to find these days and Rick is certainly one of them. I would recommend him to anyone.”

“Had my car towed to the shop on Tuesday to get the alternator replaced (at least I thought that was the problem) and have some more general maintenance done. I let it be known that I wasn’t in a huge hurry as I have alternate transportation. Was notified on the same day that it was in fact the alternator and gave a list of other things to check/replace. They called on Friday morning that it was done and ready for pickup! I got my car back and it cost about 1/3 less than I expected and runs like a dream! This will definitely be my new go-to shop since my trusted mechanic had to move away. Highly recommend!”

“Called Josh and he answered right away. Gave me a reasonable quote on the phone. Josh came out on a Sunday to help me replace my starter. He was very professional and punctual. I watched him while he worked trying to learn a few things and carried on good conversation while he was working and getting the job done. It was very pleasant and enjoyable. Josh is a great guy and an amazing mechanic. Got the job done right on track with what it says it would take an expert to do. He was an expert and I am very appreciative. “Top notch car detailing. We took our antique Camaro for a full detail after recovering from the Eastern KY Historical Flood July 28, 2022. I have attached before and after photos! The work performed was very thorough and detailed. When in doubt if it can be restored take to KK auto detailing and you will be amazed beyond your expectations!! “We very unexpectedly ended up here. We broke down on our way through (300 miles from home). We were met by Christy in a very clean and well kept space and our car was immediately evaluated. The issue was major (we needed a new engine). While we didn’t end up finishing the service here because of some warranty issues, I can honestly tell you we were blessed to meet this team. Christy did a great job explaining things and honestly stood as a wonderful and persistent advocate for us when working with the warranty company. We are grateful for the service they provided us and would recommend them to anyone in the Georgetown area (or anyone who unfortunately breaks down on their way through town)! Thank you all again!”

“Had a horrible experience with Firestone. 3 trips and quite a bit of money for lifetime balance got me nowhere. Called Carl at ken towery and he got me in quick, did exactly what I asked and fixed the mess that Firestone made. Learned my lesson. I've been going to ken towery for years and have never had a problem. Highly recommend. Place isn't fancy but they treat u right and do good work. Reminds me of how businesses operated 20 years ago when people tried to do people right! Thanks Carl and ken towery!”
