“Heather is very knowledgeable of any devices that are new. Was a smooth transaction to upgrade my phone and transfer all my information from my older device. She is patient and willing to answer any silly questions I had. Thanks again!”

“I visited the Metro by T-Mobile store and was impressed by how helpful the team was. They greeted me right away, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. The whole visit was fast, easy, and professional—would definitely come back again.”

“Normally you get behind company work vans on the highway and theyre going 5 over on a good day... not the case with this American Sounds and Electronics van i was behind today! Not going to list any specific mph, but i will just leave it at that I can tell that this company cares about timely service and efficiency. This employee deserves a raise. God bless his proper use of the left lane!”
