“I went in after finding out total wireless had a physical store and Sal solved what was a week long mystery to total wireless customer support and Target phone people. This was literally a 20 minute process. I will definitely be skipping customer service agents next time and leaving it up to him. I paid extra for the sim kit than at target BUT we get what we pay for. Thanks Sal”

“Thursday my 4 year old A52 5g phone just stopped allowing me access to the internet. Tried Customer Support, but everyone said it is the Sim card. Friday morning I went to the Latonia store and the young lady took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. Hats off to her.”
