“Good location - everything is in reach by foot, if you like walking. Living on Kentucky side and looking at Cincinnati skyline is much more pleasant than the other way around.The lobby is beautiful.Room (70X) was ok - no major issue, relatively updated. The only puzzling thing is the shower design - look at the pic - who would put a toilet next to a shower blocking it?!My bonvoy app request for a higher floor room wasn’t really respected.The M lounge does NOT serve any food/snacks over the weekend. Complete nonsense… and makes the M Lounge almost useless for tourists with status.”
