“We held our daughters wedding at the Madison this weekend. Our guests stayed across the street at The Hotel Covington. I want to thank everyone, the bell hops, housekeeping, front desk, the bartenders, and all the support staff I didn't mention. You all were top notch. You made a special weekend even more special by going an extra step to accommodate and make all you guests feel special.
You had three wedding parties this weekend. As far as I can tell, we were all treated with top notch service. You take hospitality to the next level. Simply put, you are the best.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and ready upon arrival. I couldn't believe the room had a refrigerator and NO Microwave ??. We had to go down the hall to the ice machine to use the microwave. That I didn't like at all. Most hotels have at least a really small one in each room.”

“My favorite hotel in the Cincinnati/ Newport/ Covington area. First off the design of the hotel is so unique! I would see it driving on I 75 and it's hard for it not to capture someone's eye, especially if it's the first time driving past it. To add to the cool circular design the top floor (which is the steak house) actually rotates. I haven't experienced this myself since we tend to eat elsewhere but the idea of an entire floor rotation periodically is pretty cool and unique.

The rooms are clean and I love that they all have a balcony. They are a bit dated but for the price, location and building design I can overlook the dated rooms. I do wish the balcony had chairs but I'm assuming it might be hard to find chairs that comfortably fit.

Lastly, the beds are some of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on and their breakfast, I highly recommend if you're trying to splurge a little for a nice morning meal.”
