The manager (I think?) is genuinely the nicest person I've ever been helped by at a phone store. I really recommend coming to this location.

Thursday my 4 year old A52 5g phone just stopped allowing me access to the internet. Tried Customer Support, but everyone said it is the Sim card. Friday morning I went to the Latonia store and the young lady took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. Hats off to her.

Amazing store, no hassling for more, clear and to the point. Helpful employees, Alaa was great, helped my sister with a new phone + case and screen protector. Will keep coming here for any phone related plans. 5 stars through and through.
