“This branch specifically always goes above and beyond to ensure I get what I need. I am a student still and when I still had automatic payments come out of my account it would occasionally overdraft , well without a student account you would a acquire a fee for this. The banker I constantly work with , Todd , went above and beyond to fix this for me and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. Truly amazing tellers here , always willing to put in the work to get to your desired outcome !”
