“I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!”

“Has to be the best hardware store hands down of all time. Not only can you get whatever product you may be looking for from concrete to mulch or caulk to screws, or even power tools . But the staff is definitely dedicated to getting you what you need at the lowest cost possible and at the same time treating you with up most dignity and respect. “It is always fun to go to Home Depot. You will get what you came for and find something you didn't know you needed! This evening I went looking for the Christmas Tree storage bins they had online. The store is always clean and well organized. Parking is plentiful but be sure to park between the entrance and exit. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I couldn't find the storage containers I was looking for, I asked the young man on the orange vest. He looked it up and told the containers were on a pallet and asked if I minded waiting while he found someone to get them down. It was quick and they helped me with everything I needed. The containers are a great product at a great price. The Home Depot is always my first stop!”

“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”

“I absolutely LOVE this store! I will be honest, I haven't shopped at Walmart in about 15 to 20 years. I stopped due to they "lost" all of my layaway at Christmas time (when tickle me Elmo)was a hot new toy! Well, I just shopped there today(1/7/2020) AND OMG!! They have improved and impressed me a 100%!! The employees where friendly and sooo very helpful.. I WILL be shopping there from now on. They are so much better than crappy,dirty and rude Target. Thank you Walmart you have gained a new loyal customer!”

They run the other way down the aisle when they see people coming. Every once in a while you find a good one.. I hope they pay Patrick what he's worth and keep him!”
