The design process was very easy and they had proofs back very quickly, a couple of minor adjustments and had another proof the next day. So I took a jpeg of the jacket to the pros at Phipps. The unusual dimensions of the jacket were an issue, and forced their production specialist to try several different solutions. But even though this was a very small order (it only cost $9), they took the time and trouble to get it right. “Short and sweet review to spotlight stellar customer service! I'm in the middle of moving into a new condo -- so I had to re-route a package being delivered to my new place since I don't technically live there yet. I made the arrangements online, and then called this FedEx location to confirm their hours so I could pick up my package. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I picked up my package today, the woman at the desk was equally as friendly! I was in and out within 5 minutes -- package in hand without a hassle. Thanks for making my experience quick and easy -- especially because every other aspect of moving is literally neither of those things.”

As usual they were quick and professional and I was pleasantly surprised at the price for shipping. There were probably eight people in front of me but I wasn’t there longer than 10 minutes but the very best part, which I told them as I left, not only are the quick but the are friendly and patient!
