“Went into the store for the first time the other day to help my parents select new recliners. Tarryn was FANTASTIC! She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in working with them to select the type, size, and materials to create the perfect rocker recliners for them. In fact, I was so impressed with her "no pounce and prey" approach, that I felt comfortable enough to look around for a living room set. She didn't make me feel rushed and she answered every question I had--offering to get me spec sheets or sample swaths, etc. before I even had a chance to ask. I was so impressed with Tarryn and, of course with the La-Z-Boy products--that we added a couch and loveseat to the order. All around, a good (I hope) sale for her, good business for the store, and a good experience and good value for us! I highly recommend the store--and highly appreciate Tarryn's expertise!”

“My husband & I bought a lovesac online a few years ago. One of our cats was experiencing some medical issues and soiled a section of the sac one night. It soaked through the cover, the liner, and into the foam filling. The store manager, Mary, reached out and couldn't have been more helpful. If you have kids or pets, I would recommend using a mattress protector to cover your liner in the event of an accident.”

“Contacted a random Facebook ad and, to be honest, didn't hold up much of an expectation.Still, I kept the appointment...SO glad I did!Dave is amazing; his work horse; sorry WIFE, is a treasure ?Their range of mattresses is amazing. Gave him my story of how I developed back pain to such an extent it was difficult to move. As such I needed a firm mattress.His knowledge brought me to the first mattress. I lay down... My back cracked in 6 places immediately and I felt a wave of relief!!"Must call the wife and ask her" I say. As my wife just happens to call me!!Long story short, she joins me at their warehouse. Tries the various mattresses and then we walk out after buying not one, but TWO of the firm, back cracking, mattresses; with a spring in our step and the joys of a great night sleep to look forward to.Highly recommend calling if you need a new mattress. At less than $2000 for 2 firm, hybrid mattresses, delivered straight to bedroom; and a new friend made, it was a true bargain!Thanks Dave ?”
