“I brought new pillows. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable about the products being sold. My only complaint, if you want to call it a complaint, was that the pillows were not in stock at the store. I had to pick them up from the warehouse which was a few miles away. Because I had to make a trip to their warehouse, I think he should've offered a small discount for the inconvenience.”

“This is a large store with very nice furnishings. We were not greeted when we entered, which felt a little strange to me. We wandered around looking for 2 particular items, but we were unsuccessful in our hunt (needed a medium sized floor cabinet for our bathroom and a small vanity chair or stool). The place is very clean and had plenty of air conditioning blowing on the hot day when we went. We were greeted as we were finishing up our search, so that ended well.
