“CJ provided absolutely exceptional customer service and went far above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in helping customers and makes the entire experience so positive.
I cannot say enough good things about CJ and the level of service he provided. He is truly the very best, and I would highly recommend him to anyone! If you are in need of a matress or anything related, go see CJ. He treats you like family!”
“AJ provided an exceptional service to us as we purchased a TempurPedic mattress & base after my wife’s 2 neck surgeries in 2026. I would highly recommend him to others. If I still had my own company I would not hesitate to hire him for the Sales Team. Thanks, Craig Ling”
“Carlos was incredibly friendly and professional. It was very clear that he was more concerned about making sure we had what we wanted and needed over just making a sale.
He answered all questions and even the ones we didn’t know to ask!
This is where we will always get on mattresses”

“Vince Woods was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took us through several different types of mattresses so we could find exactly what we wanted and needed. Would recommend store to others”
“Sleep Expert Clark was amazing, he helped us find our dream mattress after ours was damaged from a fire. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks!”
“JASPER was GREAT !! We felt right at home when we walked in the store. There was no pressure!
Jasper was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest.
Hope we don’t have to buy another mattress in the near future….however, if so, we would go back to Mattress Firm in Middletown just to buy from Jasper. We walked in to talk to a salesman but left feeling like we had just been visiting with a friend.
Mattress was delivered on time and is very nice!”
“My wife and I were pleasantly welcomed to browse anything and everything. Marriages work when both parties are able to come to an agreement and Louisville Overstock gave us the room, the time to haggle. We came to an agreement and walked away satisfied. The price was more than right and it's difficult to find anything to criticize regarding the service we received.”

“Juliet was amazing and helped us get two bar stools for our new apartment AND a discounted end table that was the last one. Will definitely be returning when we can for a new couch!”
“We purchased all of our baby furniture (bed, chest, dresser, mattress, etc). at Molly Monkey. You can tell the quality if much better than what you find in the big box stores and we were thrilled with how our nursery looks. The shopping process was simple and their delivery guys were amazing. Our items had to be ordered and they even made multiple trips to deliver and setup our items as they arrived. I can't recommend them enough!”
“Christy furnished almost our whole house. The process was easy and fast. She was very nice, pleasurable to shop around with! I’d recommend shopping for your home with her to anyone!”

“We stopped in to ask some questions and Susan was so helpful. She knows her stuff and had the patience of a saint. She answered all thousand of our questions and then some. Plus I learned that your body has to be a certain temperature to get good REM sleep. That's just nice to know. We will be back and we will tell all of our friends to go see Susan :)”
“Greg was extraordinarily helpful. Was referred by a friend and am very happy with my new Sealy matress. He definantly went the extra mile to make sure i got one just the right firmness!”
“We bought an Albany firm mattress in a Labor Day sale. Not super comfortable just yet but still breaking it in. Our sleep expert Alrx was wonderful and the mattress and box spring were delivered on time. Happy with our purchase and hopefully the mattress will relax a bit as we break it in.”
“This place is great. Selection is solid. Customer service is great. My sales lady was Courtney, she made everything super premium. The delivery guys were prompt, professional and courteous. All around great store.”
“Lainy was extremely helpful! She made sure we get what we need in short time. She explained clearly all the options we had. Lainy is helpful, informative and kind. I will definitely come back to buy more stuff because she made the process very swift!”
“Me and my husband just purchased a rocker recliner from here. We got a showroom floor model for 75% off MSRP. Mark was amazing, very cheerful and helpful. We went and got a uhaul, and they helped us load it right up when we got back. It was a very easy experience. The chair is amazing and I foresee many naps with my babies in it in the future! I cannot recommend La Z Boy enough, the quality and comfort are bar none.”
“I had a great experience in this store. I arrived 30 mins before close and the staff were still eager to answer all of my questions and demo the chairs.
If you’re the gamer guy on the fence about investing in a quality ergonomic office chair, this is your sign to buy one. Ditch the gamer chair and get something from here. Your back will thank you!!”
“We have been shopping for a tile backsplash for months and found exactly what we wanted here! They have an excellent selection and the staff were incredibly helpful. Very easy process; we will definitely be back for future renovation projects”
“I love spending time in this shop. There is so much to take in. The variety of items is fun and whimsical. I can always find something to add to my home. I have purchased three brass wall pieces over the last month. One had an imperfection on the finish and the staff happily replaced it with ease. Treat yourself to some quality perusing time and stop in, you'll be glad you did.”
“Vince was great working with a first time mattress buyer. Patiently walked through options and detail, really focused on sleep pattern to guide to best fit. Also respected price point of budget. Efficient and easy transaction. Recommend highly!”
“This place is great for finding solidly built office furniture for sometimes less or not much more than you'd pay for an inferior consumer-grade item at a big box store or online. I always check here when I need any kind of office furniture-related item for my home and I have yet to be disappointed with a purchase. If you've been underwhelmed by the quality of items available at the big office supply stores, I'd encourage you to check out LW Office Furniture Warehouse and compare what your money can buy.”
“Jordan was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable about the offered products. It was my third time buying from Bedzzz to go and the quality service remains the same.”
“Tried ordering online and a notice was posted on the website asking customers to call if they experienced difficulties. Matt called me shortly after (I hadn’t even left a message!) and facilitated my order by phone. Very nice, very helpful. I asked him to delay shipping for a few days until I returned from a trip, which he did. Shipment arrived exactly as we planned and was beautifully packaged. The items I was going to use as gifts felt like a gift for me! Great dealing with this company, and it’s only an hour and a half away in Louisville!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Katie Speak at Alcott & Bentley for helping me choose the perfect chandelier for my home. This is the second light fixture I’ve purchased from Alcott & Bentley, and once again, the experience was outstanding.
Katie went above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her eye for design, patience, and attention to detail truly set her apart. I felt listened to, supported, and confident in my decision thanks to her guidance.
I sincerely appreciate the exceptional customer service and care she provided, and I hope Alcott & Bentley knows what a gem they have in her. I’ll absolutely be back for future projects and would recommend Katie to anyone looking for both great style and great service.”
“Kenny and Jeannine teamed up to give us a great experience today. This is our second time using the design services, Haverty’s has to offer. We’re always impressed with the teamwork between sales and design in helping us get the best options for our home. We’re very pleased with our purchase.”
“Very cool place with lots of nostalgic pieces. Sad in a way how little these treasures can sell for in today’s marketplace. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Asked about rugs…apparently they don’t need to sell any.”

“Slava was very knowledgeable. He was informative without being pushy. He was helpful and patient with us trying and retrying multiple mattresses. Also hooked us up with an excellent pillow. I am excited to get our mattress and adjustable frame.”
