“This is my first ever review of a store. I am submitting this review because Story has been fabulous to work with. He met my husband and I in the store and helped us plan an entire bath remodel. He designed a custom vanity for us and gave me prices for everything that I requested (sink, shower, custom glass, tile, closet doors, fixtures, and much more). I have emailed him countless times and he has always responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. He has been SO HELPFUL, professional, and has given us outstanding customer service, which is rare these days. (It is difficult to find help in other home improvement stores). You can tell the quality if much better than what you find in the big box stores and we were thrilled with how our nursery looks. The shopping process was simple and their delivery guys were amazing. “I recently broke my back and purchase a sleep number bed due to ability to change firmness and warming at base of bed. I have found the zero G setting is the best for my back. My only issue is headboard is being delivered a month after mattress was. This is reason for 4 stars.”

“Jen and Mark have given great service! Companies failed to send the proper remote or control box to get the bed operative. The tech rep failed to diagnose the problem and stated he was stumped.
Mark came out and replaced both the remote and control box in less than 15 minutes.
Jen even checked to make sure I received a refund.
I have purchased reclining chairs and a bed from them.
I recommend them without hesitation.
