“I was watching prices on a firearm before the holidays from several retailers and missed out on a solid deal and was kicking myself since, until I saw a screaming price on iAMMO, which beat out the price I missed out on. I immediately placed an order.
Megan made several attempts via email and phone to contact my chosen FFL, she immediately notified me via email of the issue and together we were able to finally get a hold my FFL to send their information over. (They forgot to update their public email and at the time had an ATF check-up going on ?)
Anyway, I called iAMMO to verify if they had received my FFL's info, but I hung up because I received a notification that Megan had emailed me back confirming the receipt. Shortly after I hung up I got a phone call from iAMMO, it was Megan! She called because she had a missed call from my number. I apologized for hanging up and thanked her for the awesome customer service. She confirmed my FFL's info and said she should be able to get the firearm out the same day. About an hour later I received tracking info! The firearm arrived at my FFL the following day (I live one state over).
Overall great experience with iAMMO and spectacular customer service from Megan!
