“yes I want to leave a review for this Verizon store. I’m in. I came in with a big problem. It took a few minutes for Jacob to clear the way for me to get into my situation, but he was excellent. He, he spoke to his boss in the process so I feel very reassured. I’m 76 years old and I don’t understand most of this so it’s nice to have somebody take time with me. Thank you.”

“Stopped by the store for a iPhone upgrade. I ordered a phone and was notified when it was shipped into the store. Jordan explained the timeline and steps to transfer the Cloud over.
He was right on schedule. Had no problems he was very knowledgeable on the product. Explained the warranties, packages, and upgrades deals. Spent about an hour. Was the second phone purchase from this store location. Both times smooth and effortless transfers. Would recommend. Any store takes time. But this one makes the effort to let you understand the sequence of the old to the new format phones. ???”

My husband & I have a business account with AT&T and recently got an upgrade including a new tablet. We received our tablet in the mail and after 24 hours it became defective. My husband called and Levi immediately took care of our issue and overnighted us a new one that we will be receiving today! Fantastic customer service!”
“The guy working tonight was amazing and I wish I could remember his name to put it on here anyways this store was out of phone cases for my device I bought and he knew my concern of dropping this new iPhone I purchased, unfortunately they were out of cases so to make sure I left happy and satisfied he offered me his personal phone case that matched my new phone which was an awesome gesture of authentic and genuine kindness and I appreciate him very much ! I went in with my parents because they had a bunch of issues with their account and fraud; he did all the math by hand and made sure they were credited every cent that they were owed. My parents really appreciated him helping them so much and made sure everything was settled with their account. I've always had good experiences with this location.”
