Having a monthly prescription to pick up and trying to use Kro*** or Wal****** for proximity’s sake had been a hellish experience that I dreaded every month. I just left Middletown Pharmacy and Wellness and had to write a review immediately because every single aspect of my pharmacy-switching and prescription-filling experience was so fast, easy, and friendly?. “I have been using Med Save for a few years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They transferred all my prescriptions from my old pharmacy, Walgreens, and I wish I had done it sooner. You call and someone answers. They always have a pharmacist on duty. They are all personable and don’t act like you are bothering them. I love my local pharmacy.”
“Hate that it doesn't stay open 24 hours anymore but at least it does stay open until midnight (12am). Hate having to drive this far late at night to get something that was forgotten while shopping because Kroger and Walmart, which isn't very far away, is closed already. They really need a bigger section for cats. The pet section is really big but it's cat section is really small. It's all for the dogs, I understand that there are a lot of people that are dog owners but there a lot of people that own cats and even people that own both cats and dogs. It's still the only grocery/department store open until midnight instead of 24/7 a dayweek. Guess everything is going to stay as it was a long time ago.....some gas stations open 24/7, grocery and department stores open until 9 or 10 pm with the exception of Meijer until 12 am and Walmart 10/11 pm and Sundays every store (almost) opened at noon (12pm) and closed at 6 pm. This isn't a good thing. It's still the same and it still closes at midnight. There was a lot of places that were 24 hours but everything has gone back to how it was when I was younger. Places opened at noon on Sundays and closed at a certain time during the week just a little later on Friday and Saturdays and then places like Kroger and Walmart stayed open 24 hours and Meijer opened locations in this state, Kentucky. Now every since the pandemic happened places started going back to the original time closure so nothing is really open 24 hours anymore. Yes, there are a few, very few, places that are open 24 hours a day. Some 24 hour gas stations will close for a couple hours, for cleaning is what has been said, and then reopen again. Things are definitely weird after that.... and still nothing has changed. The hours are still the same, closing at midnight instead of being open 24/7 a week except for Christmas Day!! It's still the same and that's including that is only open until midnight instead of 24/7.”

They carry ALL my son's specialized creams and washes, and even ship things A. S. A. P. If we accidentally run out. I am Super impressed with this pharmacy and highly recommend it!!! The only suggestion I would make is to have your delivery arrive to a home where someone will be there to bring it in as soon as it arrives, like all deliveries.”

“For the most part everyone here is super friendly. I do not like how I get text reminders that a script is due for refill and to submit the request when it truly is not due for a refill. I have to explain to my Dr and send photos of the text to ensure them it was not me hunting for an early refill, it was Meijer pharmacy system. I do wish they would keep regular prescription medication in stock if they know they have people who gets it filled regularly. The M Perks is a definite plus!!”

“I came into this CVS, which is located inside of a Target, 5 minutes after I left the Dr. Office. The Pharmasist said the perscription had not yet arrived but she suggested it would not be long and I should feel free to wait. I went to the Starbucks located in the store. within 5 minutes I received a test notifying me that the perscription had been received. It said the perscription would be fill in X hours and asked if I needed it sooner. Replied to the text and said sooner. Within about 10 minutes I received notice that the perscription was ready. I went to pick it up immediately. The Pharmasist was extremely nice and anxious to answer any questions.”
“The GOAT of pharmacies! I spent way too many years dealing with other pharmacies who had zero motivation or care to actually to their jobs, let alone help customers in any way. So when I started using this Walmart Pharmacy, I was amazed at how opposite their service was! They are the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. And it is consistently a wonderful experience. When I call, I never have to wait on hold more than 30 seconds. When I get a new prescription, the pharmacist always comes to discuss it and ask if I have questions. They are knowledgeable and so helpful. Kent is a fantastic human being and won’t treat you like a number. If you’re thinking about switching your meds to here, do it! They make it so easy too!”

“Most of the time reviews about anything are only negative. I want to recognize and applaud Amanda(one of the pharmacists). I travel quite a bit and honestly stay panicked most of the time that many of my medications will run out. She goes above and beyond to always ensure that I receive what I need. Other pharmacist would not care enough about their patients to do all of the extra work that she does. Her cheerful attitude is a breath of fresh air. She is a tremendous asset to Kroger pharmacy and am so grateful to her!!!”

“Ok, Sam's Club is Sam's Club. The store is what it is. There are waits in the checkout on Saturdays and a wait to check you out the door (which I hate!) However, I have to give a good shout out to the Tire and Battery and the Optical Center. Both have staff that are so friendly and helpful. I get my contacts, and sometimes my glasses at Sam's. The people that work there have been there for years, have helped me even when they were technically closed, and are always friendly. Now there have been different people at the Tire and Battery, but once they come from the garage to help, they are all so helpful. Recently we put two tires on my husbands car, and they took it in early and we're done before our original appointment time. This week, we went to order 4 tires for my car. The service guy told us about a promotional deal to upgrade to a plus member. We upgraded to Plus, paid $25 to do that, but saved and additional $75 with coupons and savings. Nice experience.”
