“A lot of spoiled brats complaining about their own problems on here. Its a post office. If you take a few seconds to make sure your items are in order, and have a modicum of intelligence, its a smooth transaction. If you think the service is bad here, try a PO in the city.”

“So I tend to panic (my nickname at work is Stressica) but Erich was really helpful when I did NOT have all my ducks in a row. He still helped me when I was late due to going to the wrong post office for my appointment, made sure I got the right passport for flying, kept patient with me while my card continued declining, let me come back in once I figured THAT part out... I didn't deserve the patience he provided but I was thankful. AND his co-worker (I didn't catch her name) was super patient, too. All my chaos made a long line but they were so professional. He was nice, patient, and very helpful. He helped me print an address to send, tape my package, and asked clarifying questions that made me feel secure. The building smelt nice, it was clean.
This was a 5 star experience.
