Package has been held there for 3 weeks now. On the phone for the 6th time in a row waiting for an answer.

Disappointed in service of passport appointment. We were not notified of them canceling morning appointment and was told to leave a phone number and she would call us when he came in later. No phone call and so we came back to post office and person had left for the day.
