Disappointed in service of passport appointment. We were not notified of them canceling morning appointment and was told to leave a phone number and she would call us when he came in later. No phone call and so we came back to post office and person had left for the day.

Erich Coleman is absolutely inappropriate with women and rude and creepy. Saw him making a female customer uncomfortable on his business area and also heard some stranger slander about Mexican people. Very problematic, very rude and bigoted. I can’t give it a zero so I give it a one. Don’t recommend.
