“My daughter's car broke down on a Saturday and they were dispatched to do the tow by Verizon Roadside Assistance. They were prompt, and the driver was friendly and helpful. After not being able to find an open shop nearby, the driver told me that he could take it to their shop. I had never worked with them, so I was hesitant, but was left with few options.
