“Nice little store with a good selection of snacks and drinks... Very friendly service but at the pump the credit card didn't read the two cards I tried from the chip or the slide and the pot holes and lack of road maintenance it's a pretty rough pull in and out lol”

“The attendant here was friendly and had a great personality. Most places like this one they make you rush and feel like you're getting on their nerves if you aren't ready to pay within 5 seconds of walking up to the service window. And the worker at this Kroger fuel station not one time made me or my husband feel like that and I like to thank them again”

“Lines are lines. Have had a pump shut off and not get money due back. Once. Majority of the time great service clean easy access right across from Walmart. Usually friendly staff. Easy to spot off the main road. Is not a regular store is one of those small places where you are served outside the window. Lines usually move fairly quickly.”

“Recently I’ve gone back into store while traveling to and from work, I want to say there’s a newer girl, I believe her name is Stephanie and I want to say she’s a very good worker, she’s always busy and moving when I’ve come in and it’s nice to see when you come in people who aren’t hiding from customers and have customer service skills without the attitude! Thank you for always being so kind and helpful!”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
