“I’m so pleased with my experience at Hilltop throughout the moving process. Let me start off by saying I’ve done hours upon hours of researching, calling, touring and reading reviews of apartments in the area. My husband and I had a terrible experiences with a different apartment in the area - so many RED flags. We were feeling pretty burnt going into our tour with Morgan but she was just a ray of sunshine. Morgan has been so unbelievably incredible. She’s super responsive and provides accurate information quickly. Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s just super fun to be around. I’m very particular about things like appliances, storage, layout, and flooring and the Hilltop checked all my boxes. We’re very excited to move in and feel so much peace knowing we made the right decision!”

“The location is perfect—close to everything but still tucked away and peaceful. The price for what you get is honestly hard to beat.
Move-in was super easy, and the staff has been welcoming, organized, and quick to help with any questions. My apartment is clean, modern, and really feels like home already.
If you’re looking for a great place to live in Madisonville, The Jameson is definitely worth it!”
“I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The property is well-kept, the environment feels safe, and everything has been smooth since I moved in. I haven’t had any issues so far, and maintenance and staff have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s been a very positive and comfortable place to call home.”
“This is one of the best apartments I've had the pleasure of living in. The location is prime and close to everything worth doing in Cincinnati, they offer decent amenities, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and overall it's a safe, clean and quiet apartment community. I don't have any negative experiences to highlight .”
“I wanted a place downtown where I could walk to work. The Reserve is built on the site of an old branch of the Federal Reserve which is cool (they filmed the opening scene of Dark Knight here) and it is a 15m walk to my office so it checks off those things. I liked my unit; it was a bit small but nice with a good view of Carew Tower and huge windows that let in a lot of light.I appreciate this building so much - it is clean and it is quiet, which are the two most important things to me. The old construction/concrete means you don't hear footsteps or any noise from the neighbors. And I have not seen a single bug in 2 years of living here.Emily has been the manager during my stay. She is very straightforward and professional. She has been responsive and helpful the whole time, from moving in to moving out. I hope wherever I end up next has someone this good running it.Other good things would be the location and the rooftop view, which is amazing and I spent a lot of time reading up there. There are doorman and they are friendly, and there's a gym which is basic but very useful. Maintenance dude is a little weird but he is quick to fix things usually.The only bad thing I can think of is that the building has recently started having numerous elevator issues, so you might be waiting for one for a while. But honestly who cares, the apartment is so good I wouldn't mind taking the stairs every day if I had to.Definitely recommend for people wanting to live in the city.”

“This review is overdue. I stayed here in April for 6 wks due to having surgery @ the Jewish Hospital with Dr. Erlichman & Dr. Noyes. The unit was clean, cute, safe, very close to the hospital and for follow ups with the doctors and PT. Hunter was fabulous, very caring & attentive to making sure we were very happy & had everything we needed. He even put in a handheld shower head as I suggested to make it easier for surgical patients. Going through surgery can be difficult but this place made it easy to feel comfortable away from home & Hunter really cares about his guests who stay there. We also enjoyed the cardinals, smell of lilac bushes near the area we sat outside which was wonderful to get some fresh air, and the deer who visited the parking lot.

“Sydney & Bree were extremely helpful to my boyfriend & I who moved to Hampton Farms from out-of-state! If it weren't for them we would’ve probably been staying in a hotel until we found a complex that approved us! They both dealt with me nagging them everyday until we got our decision. They even helped me manage the stress of not knowing if we have a place to stay or not, by being extremely optimistic & very hopeful! Honestly though, Sydney sold us on Hampton Farms back when we toured in April, so we are extremely excited & happy to be moved in!”

I am originally from Indian Hills and Delhi township. I really appreciate the staff at Garfield tower apartments, especially Miss Jennings who I nickname Miss. Cincinnati for being the happiest lady in town and for her outstanding dedication as a property manager. She takes excellent care of everyone and I am so grateful for her helping my husband! I think this place is the nicest place in Cincinnati Ohio to live. Miss Jennings makes the place the happiest place in Cincinnati Ohio. My husband just thinks the world of her. She is very special to Chucky's heart. We need more Emily Jennings in this world. Mr. Brad and Mr. Shawn are great too.”

“From the Burbs to City life, we tried downtown Cincy for 2 yrs. and we had enough. So, we figured we would try Nky. and the entire experience has been fantastic. Madison place staff, accommodations, location, amenities, etc. are 5-star. If you're making the empty nest transition, new to the area, retiree, newlywed, single, etc. this is the place for people who like and respect others.”

The maintenance staff is super nice too, they keep the property up and get to things quickly!! Blue Grass Manor is the place to call your forever home!!!”
“This apartment complex is beautiful clean and quiet.! I love it. I've lived here for a short while but any problems or maintenance issues I've had have been attended to in an appropriate manner. Our new property manager Mahalia and maintenance team Keith are exceptional in courteous customer service. I genuinely enjoy where I live.”

We had a lease signed at another complex, but that fell through due to the place not being move in ready and having mold. Jessica was fantastic and was able to give us a tour on short notice, and then get us moved in within 1 weekend. She was so helpful in such a chaotic time for us. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here!”

Also, the whole team (from the leasing office to maintenance) is incredibly helpful and responsive. The neighbors all have pride in the community, and the amenities--from the in-unit furnishings, to the stunning rooftop views, and everything in-between--are second to none. I would recommend The Renaissance to anyone looking for the best, hassle-free, 'feels-like-home' experience any day of the week!”

“There has never been a time that I moved into a community that embraces all of their tenants and visitors with a warm heartfelt welcoming and a family atmosphere! The first person I met was Ms. Alivia, she is warm hearted, full of smiles , a beautiful spirit, she did not let up in assisting me with my move in. I mostly loved the line of communication she kept with me . All in all when Ms Alivia handed me my keys and said :WELCOME HOME! with a gift bag and warm hug I really really felt AT HOME!!! Ms. Michaela I met second and toured me also has the most beautiful personality and spirit as well. Together the staff at Northgate meadows makes a difference when it comes to feeling like HOME. While I know that angels fly in mid heaven directing things, I believe that they directed me here safely making sure I was in good hands as I have felt and seen nothing but love at northgate meadows.

“This is honestly one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. Maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and efficiently (William is awesome!), and the community spaces (mail, laundry, entry) are always clean. I love that only cats are allowed here; I don't have to worry about my cat encountering a dog around the building when we go out for a walk. My utility costs are relatively low, and the windows are amazing--they are 6ft.(ish) tall and let in SO much light!”
