“Bought wiper blades at a different AutoZone where the staff were standoffish, so drove to this one to ask for help if I couldn't install them myself. Two employees on their smoke break saw me struggling, and while I was getting other things from my trunk they changed them out! I didn't want to ask them while on their break, but they did it anyway without prompting (and much faster than me lol). I didn't catch their names but I very much appreciated their help - both of them were true gentlemen! Will definitely be coming to this particular location again!”

“My car broke down on Sunday, triple a came with two different men within 20 mins to assist. They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. Upon picking up my car my stereo wasn’t working which is was prior but it was no issue though they fixed it right on the spot. I am very appreciative of everyone that helped me. I am not from this area just recently moved and I was shown great service and will be back.”

“I called RAD yesterday looking for help getting keys to an ARE truck cab. Sam gave me her recommendations on what I needed to do to get the correct key ordered. About 15 minutes later she called me back and asked me to come up to their shop in Erlanger, she had a bunch of keys that we could go through to try and find a match. We were able to find a match and save me a lot of time and money! Sam did not have to call me back and go through the hassle but she did. If RAD and Sam are willing to go the extra step for a random set of keys, how well is their service to a paying customer? I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bed liner, cab or any service they provide. Thank you again!”

I needed windshield wipers and I wasn't going to ask Bryson to put them on but he offered so I took him up on it. He did it very quickly, and it only took a minute or two but in that time I asked him if he likes his job and he said he loves it. Loves helping people, loves the organization. Very polite young man with wonderful customer service skills. While I was waiting my turn he was incredibly courteous and pleasant to every customer he helped.
