“I was referred by a friend, my husband recently died in March and was a mechanical engineer, for 30 years he always took car of our vehicles, so when he passed I had to find someone to do mechanical work, I have just since March of this year been taken for over 2000$ for work that still isn’t fixed, so when my friend referred me here I was skeptical, but I can say my car runs great, Corey and his mechanics did a fantastic job of fixing the issue and being proficient with time. I own a hair salon in town and just happened to be telling another person how glad I was to be referred to them and her client spoke up and said that Corey was her brother. “Great service and knowledgeable staff. I know get all my tires and repairs on tires there. They do my zero turn mowing tires for my sons mowing business and my tires for trailers and all my fleet trucks for my business. I go there about every 2 months now for about a year. Sherry recommended that I buy 10 ply tires for my trailer and she was so right it was well worth the extra little bit of money. I use that trailer all the time moving up to 2,500 pounds of lumber and the tires don’t squat a bit. Solid company with great staff. I thank them for their personal touch. ?”
“The owner and all the staff were so incredibly sweet and helpful. While I wasn't able to get a new tire (bent rim and an internally destroyed tire affecting both back tires, plus late in the day), they were able to get my car back to being drivable. They offered directions to help me get back home (all the way to Louisville) using back roads, and after everything they wouldn't take a dime. Thank you all, I appreciate you so very much.”

“This team did such an incredible job! Was provided excellent care, attention to detail, transparent pricing and was same day drop off/pickup. Do call and let them know when you will be in beforehand. 12 years of cigarette smoke, and grime buildup gone in 5 hours. I could not freaking believe it. The smell was completely gone as well as like 95% percent of staining throughout the car. Which I was more than happy with. Prices are competitive for the same detail services at any other accredited shop. Unbelievable work. “What an amazing place! Elizabethtown store surpasses all my expectations of a fix it shop ! The place was busy which is a good sign actually. Means they are trusted by many. I was there for about three hours with them looking at every aspect of my truck to make sure it was ok to put up for sale. They fixed a few things and educated me on a lot of things a woman needs to know. They were so friendly and family like. The bathrooms were super clean to be a bunch of men working with cars and the waiting area was so clean and comfortable. Just wish they had vending machines. I did get thirsty. I was kept updated on my truck and didn’t feel neglected at all like most places. Upon it all I made a few friends too! My experience was amazing. “Before I review “Brakes 4 Less” in Elizabethtown, I would like to tell a quick story about a competitor, so to compare my experience with both businesses…
Months ago, I went to Big “M” Chevrolet in Radcliff for a brake repair job. They kept my Hummer H3 for weeks and told me they were “waiting for parts”. After about 3 weeks, Big “M” Chevrolet called and told my vehicle was ready. After a few months, my Hummer H3 began leaking brake fluid, so I made a decision to go to a different repair shop.
I located “Brakes 4 Less” on Google and remember hearing about them on the radio. Making an appointment was SUPER EASY and I made the request online - The appointment day and time was also very convenient for my schedule. Also, I received a reminder on my phone for my appointment and notifications of my vehicle being worked on and completed. The price of the work was explained to me and I received a thorough explanation of what was needed to repair my vehicle. The repairs were done in a fair amount of time and the price of repairs were very reasonably to me. The manager also showed me a brake line that Big “M” Chevrolet mechanics crossed-threaded, that was caused my leak.
Bottom line, I am VERY SATISFIED with the service I received from “Brakes 4 Less” and I would definitely recommend them over dealerships for brake repair. Thank you for the great work!!”

“I've had the run around from 3 other companies in Etown (a mechanic and 2 body shops) trying to solve the mystery of rainwater flooding my floorboards. I went to AGP to have a water test done because I was previously told by another company that I had an issue with my windshield seal. SafeLite wouldn't even test it because it wasn't their windshield, they just wanted to do a full replacement. AGP ran a water test first thing and quickly discovered that the seal in fact was not the issue, the windshield was completely fine, but that the drains were clogged (and some blocked by a mechanic's previous attempts to block mice from accessing the blower motor). They efficiently unclogged the drains, and the water released immediately. I'm so glad I went here first instead of trusting the whim that the seal was bad. The fellas at AGP were very nice and thorough. I will definitely return here if I have issues in the future! The ladies up front were also very kind!”

“My dad chose this place to have private party body work done to my mom's car after she was involved in an accident. Ashley was the main contact person for the estimate. After dropping off my mom's car, there was a little delay in getting to her car (they honestly did look busy), so estimated completion time was pushed out, understandably. However, after getting it up on it frame rack, the technician noticed her frame was bent. A new estimate was given and the final cost to repair was much more than my father was willing to pay and much more than the car was worth. He told Ashley to stop all repairs immediately and he would come get it. In the meantime, my father battled pneumonia and communication stopped as he recovered. When he was finally feeling better, he asked me to call 2 days before Christmas to find out what it would take to get Mom's car home. I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone (so sorry), however, she was very kind and after explaining what I needed, she transferred me to Ashley. Ashley was extremely kind and considerate, even asking if my dad was OK. She told me we could come get my mom's car and was completely understanding of why it wasn't worth fixing at the cost required to get it fixed. We didn't get to do business beyond the estimate and I truly hope we never need to visit them again, respectfully. But, if my family ever needs body work in the future, we will absolutely return to Caliber Collision. Thank you for being so kind to us.”
“Transmission was going out on my work truck, so i took it to these guys for an opinion/repair. They were very informative and knowledgeable on what was needed to correct the problem. It did not take long at all for them to give me a solid price and explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. I went ahead and had them fix it, and throughout the process, communication was great. They kept me informed on how it was going. They had the truck back up and going within a short time frame, and my issue was resolved. I highly recommend this company if you are having driveability problems with your vehicle. They are honest, knowledgeable, and easy to get ahold of.”
