Although I didn't buy anything an employee named Ulie walked me outside to my car because she was concerned about my safety. ?? She is probably one of the sweetest customer service people I've ever met! She went above and beyond! Ty Ulie for caring!”
“Rating the technician a 5, but thr company a 2. There is no way to speak to anyone after scheduling a service. Its all done by Ai and there is literally no way to communicate with a human about your appointment or concerns etc. Guy fixed my stove fine, but I will never use them again unless they start allowing conversations with a human. Ai assistants are fine for some things, but you have to have some human input...”
