“Came in very unprepared for a trade in. Phone was dead, not reset, didn't have access to the account. Topher was patient enough to work with me and we got it figured out. Very good service”

“Completed a tech service with Comcast in Elizabethtown, KY on June 2,2021. We were having a problem with one of our TV cable boxes. Made an appointment for the visit. The waiting times have changed to a three hour window. Ours was between 1-3pm. The tech, Nicholas Anderson arrived at 1:30. He diagnosed our problems and was able to fix all of the problems. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why he needed to perform the various tasks. We were very happy with Comcast and with Mr. Anderson. For us Comcast provided great service.”
“I live in Louisville and I had to go to this office because it is the closest to be able to return the equipment and I also needed an invoice for the debt and the service provided by Daryl Wagner was excellent. The rating goes to him, I give him 100 stars and more... ….

“The technician was very nice and very friendly. He explained the process to me as to what all the work required. He made sure everything was working properly before he left and he showed me the work that had been done and explained what he done.”
