I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and always seem to get good service and help when I need it. My wife’s phone stopped working and we came here for help. After several attempts to reboot her phone we finally realized it was broken. The manager Chris explained that they could offer a replacement due to my long continuous customer account. Tim our service sales person helped get things going and was super helpful. Chris helped us get data retrieved and service connected to our new phone. I’m appreciative of the help they showed to us. I know people can have various problems but calm and honest people are a real pleasure to deal with when resolving tech problems. I recommend visiting this store.”

“My Phone screen was completely broken and no one in Bardstown would fix it not even my phone company (we live in Bardstown) I called them at 9 in the morning, and they saved it for me all day and had my phone fixed in 15 minutes. Adam did such a wonderful job! If you ever need help with your phone 10/10 recommend talking to Adam.”
