“Took my vehicle to this shop within 40 min of closing, and 3 customers were ahead of us. Steven was extremely honest and professional. He was straightforward and advised that due to the screw hole and slit in my tire, he wasn’t sure that a patch and plug would prevent air from leaking. We requested that he try, and he did an excellent job. Steven was kind and did not treat us as though we were an inconvenience at all. Such a pleasant experience and a huge blessing. “On a road trip and got a flat tire that required a new tire. We were able to make a same day appointment here. They ran in to an issue with the tire they were going to be putting on my car. They right away communicated with us and solved the problem. The tire replacement took slightly longer than anticipated but they were able to get us back on the road safely.
