“Clean, convenient, safe and reliable! I absolutely love this location! I reserve my unit online and when I got there it was already cleaned out and my lock with key was inside waiting for me! The 5 X 5 was exactly what I needed . The store manager Robert is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel welcomed and reassured me that he runs a well maintained and safe location for all his customers and our belongings. I look forward to doing business with him.”

“I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. I am so glad that I decided to go with GoStore for my storage needs. Thank You so much!”
“The process to get the unit was quick and relatively. John was very nice and personable. No issues on the customer service aspect of my experience!
A word of caution though, the prices or sales on the units vary by day (at least they did for me), and luckily I was able to get my unit for $62 for 4 months, if paid upfront. Not bad! But then came the extra fees... They charge you a monthly insurance fee (based off of value of items stored), which bumped me up to around $80 a month, plus I had to purchase a lock, plus taxes and an admin fee. Costed a little over $400 for 4 months, which was not what I was expecting. I understand the need for some of these fees, but some things seem a little expensive. My renter's insurance covers everything for a lot less. They also said that I should expect it to jump to the full market price in February, which is around $150, plus the insurance & taxes. Hopefully they'll offer a discount when I renew, because that is NOT possible for me at this point, and will have to find another option.
Otherwise, the value of the promotion is decent, so we'll see how well they keep things up after February.”

“Basically, a normal company for unloading, I arrived at night, there is a night parking, in the morning I went to the office, she asked me for the appointment number. without a toll-free number, you will not be unloaded and documents will not be accepted, so find out your dispatcher or broker from the appointment number.”
“Mini Mall Storage gave me a very welcoming rental experience. Christian showed me a few units, helped me choose the right one, and even cleaned the unit for me before I moved in. She also walked me through how to use my gate code, which made everything simple. The property has great cameras and is very clean. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.”

“This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”

“Incredibly helpful- I was getting a hitch put on my car and the way it’s typically done would hurt the warranty. The owner let me know he does not recommend it for that. Tried to find the part elsewhere and then came out to my bronco to look at it and find a solution. This team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Idk about renting anything but for a hitch- they took great care of me.”
