“I liked the store better with the original owners but they sold it years ago. They have changed the inside layout some though they seem to have essentially the same stuff, albeit more expensive, not entirely the store's fault, and to keep a small mom & pop shop like this open things do tend to be more expensive but it's one of those places that make Erlanger, Erlanger!”
“The staff are so friendly!!!! Love them all! In our neighborhood group the soft serve flavors are always a fun topic of conversation... I'm telling you it's worth a trip just for the ice cream, and I don't even like ice cream ?? Definitely an Erlanger treasure.”
“Best Speedway in Kentucky by far. New management, full staff, more registers open, clean parking lot, coolers are stocked and food is fresh. An amazing feat considering the area this convenience store is in.”

“The very tall young person working here is very attentive and competent. I don’t know what has happened but the red headed older manager woman is SO nasty! She used to be nice; she really gives out negative energy and just makes it apparent she doesn’t want to help and is annoyed at people! I understand people have bad days but this woman has had a bad day for months!!”

“So great to have this gas station back. There are now 4 modern pumps with little TV screens, and it's never too crowded given it's nestled in a residential area. Pros for me are the convenience of its location, for those of us in the area, and me getting 5 cents off every time I fill up since I signed up for the cents off program. Also, you get a one time use 20 cents off when you first sign up. There are other rewards programs you can enroll in, but I like just saving money when I get gas. The con is that I've noticed the price isn't always as good as the competitors. There have been times when it's 11 cents higher than other gas stations.”

“This CVS pharmacy location, Turkeyfoot and Industrial, has the most courteous, and accommodating staff of any area pharmacy I looked into to transfer my prescriptions to. Other pharmacies were more convenient for me to get to, but none could come close to the level of customer care and service provided by the staff here. CVS is lucky to have this team.”
“When l first transferred the staff was busy. They took time to try and process my transfer of perscription from my old pharmacy. They immediately refilled all my due prescriptions the very same day. Not sorry l made the transfer. As far as those stating staff was less then friendly. Maybe they had too many angry customer encounters or your approach was wrong. Even when l was less than pleasant, they were friendly.”

“I simply love this Thornton’s! The morning staff is so friendly, when the fountain machine didn’t work they fixed it asap. They are always working to keep it clean and stocked. It’s way better than the Edgewood location. It brings a smile to my face when I decide to stop there in the AM.”
