βiβve had the best experience in that family dollar they are very sweet and they help me when ever i need to find something. They are very respectful especially the store manger:) they try their best even when there is a lot of customers in line they still mange to put them first. these reviews are not true. they try their best to get everything done but when iβm there the consumers are rude to the workers and the workers still treat them with respect and the workers treat them how they would wanna be treated. there was this lady that wanted the store manger to lower her price on this one item and the store manger said no i canβt do it and the lady got mad and flip and made and very bad review. and guess what they still treated her with respect.β
βI could shop around in here all day such a variety of things to look at. Service was over the top great making sure we paid what the sale price was also giving me 20% off great visit, affordable not to mention variety of everything anyone needs, wants.β
βReally fun wild card store to go to. Never know what kinda random stuff you'll find for pretty reasonable prices! Big shout out to their book section which is pretty big and most of them are like 3-5 bucks!β

βI like to buy my halloween candy here. Sometimes they have cases of really neat stuff that nobody else is passing out in our neighborhood. They also usually have lots of Star Wars stuff. I just wish that they had longer store hours.β

βPeriodically traveling across the nation from coast to coast, I have frequented more Dollar Trees than most. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the neat, organized, and stocked shelves in this location. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

βThis was my first time shopping here, but was able to get so many things for just starting out, and stay in my budget. The ladies who worked there were very helpful, and the cashier, Dalton was very friendly. Most of the things were priced on the package, but a number of things in the aisles were kind of piled together with next to no prices for them showing on the racks. Otherwise, the store was well stocked & open until 10.β
βJust went in for gift bag, tissue paper and card. Wish the line wasn't so long and took longer than normal however I believe that there was a person training so I cant give a bad review based on that. Love going to dollar general for things cause it's close and convenient as well.β
βI will tell you that your employees truly made my visit a memorable one. I was purchasing cleaning supplies, and had a couple of bags that were pretty heavy. Felicia and Quin certainly went the extra mile, as after Felicia double bagged my cleaning sprays, she asked Quin to grab a cart for me. I told them I would be fine, and I would gladly (try;)) to carry all my bags myself. Quin said that she would be happy to walk to my car with me, because she knew I probably had way too many bags to carry on my own. Service with a smile, and going the extra mile really isnβt that common anymore. It was so refreshing.β
βThe store is a great store if you just need to run in for something forgotten or needed for a quick meal or a unexpected gift or last minute ideas. It has a lot of items crammed into a small space. It is clean just cluttered. It is some what organized and full of items.β

βI had picked up something that was wrongfully priced. I scanned it and when I realized it was double what the shelf had stated, I asked the employee if she could cancel my transaction because many business wonβt uphold the wrongfully advertised price. They honored that the shelf priced it wrong and gave it to me for that price! 10/10 customer serviceβ
βIt's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.β
βVery clean place very organized. It was well lit up with lights. Had lots of variety of stuff that I havenβt seen any other Dollar Generalβs. The sales clerk was a very nice gentleman.β

βI love dollar tree stores, and visit almost everyone i see, this store is a great one, big store, and many cheap things to choose from, I also witnessed a man stocking older gentleman and he was helping everyone, if they couldn't find what they were looking for he'd try to find it with them or tell them, we sell out quickly of that product try this day and we should be restocked.β
βThis is the nicest, cleanest store in the area. Always enjoy this location. Only complaint, one cashier for a line that was halfway down the isle. The cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service considering how busy she was.β
βProducts good have a bit of everything, they follow you around sometimes ,didn't like that & the guy asst manager is a n*** acts more powerful then he is.. I recommend it besides that.β
βMadison Pike has had long term maintenance issues. Our store hadA/C ALL of 2022. It was ridiculous. Misery for staff, often had to close early & wasted TONS instead of corp fixing it. It was the kind staff our community returned for. I hope DG corp steps up for their employees-especially our store- or sells the company to someone who will. The staff & community deserve responsible owners. Stuey thinks they're fantastic too.β
βI go up there everyday and everyone is so kind there, especially Amanda and Ashley, they treat everyone with respect, and treat everyone as family. The store is always cleaned and the bathroom is always clean.β
βIt's a great store but, it's no longer the Dollar Store, now it's the 1 25 store and some prices are 3 or 5 dollars and up. I like it but they are ALWAYs short staffed and frustrated.β
βI had a wonderful experience at my visit today! The gentleman at the front door (Phil) greeted me and helped me get my cart as my hands were full carrying my two year old! He held the door open for me as I arrived and left! Full service location and great selection! Will definitely be returning! And huge thank you to Phil for being so helpful and kind!β
βI like this family dollar because it's big and has a lot of options. You just have to watch the prices. I bought curtain rods and the sign said $6.75 but he rang it up as $7.70. I told him the difference and he changed it. Very nice about the situation.β
βWhile the store does need more items. My children had a great experience, Ms. Shawna was able to assist them as they were learning to shop on their own. I was not at the store yet. One of the coupons my son(13) was trying to use didn't match the item in his cart. She was able to direct him to the appropriate item. My daughter (16) was looking for some specific hair care item that she had only heard of. Ms. Shawna was able to describe the packaging to my daughter. She was able to locate it. I appreciate her patience.β

βOne of the cleanest and more organized F.D. I've been to; They have a better sweets selection for the price than Kroger. Great to have them AND Riverside Market within walking distance! Great place to buy staple items cheap!β

βThe store on Dixie Highway in Erlanger Kentucky has the rudest manager.. she's just nasty unhelpful and downright hateful!! Never want to go there if she's in the store..if she can't deal with the public she needs to go get a job where she's all alone!!β
