Gramer’s Meat and Produce is a small mom & pop shop that gives Erlanger its hometown feel. The feel starts in the parking lot and never seems to end. The store has friendly people and offers fresh made fudges and sweet meats. They have essentially the same stuff as before, though the inside layout has changed some since the original owners sold it. Prices tend to be more expensive, which is not entirely the store's fault, but part of keeping a small shop open. Customer service experiences vary. Many prefer when a specific staff member is there, as he doesn’t make you feel like you are bothering him if you ask a question. Other times, a clerk can be rude, always on his phone, or rush customers. A nephew, cousin, or friend behind the counter has also been described as kind of rude. This leads some to only go in when absolutely necessary or to try and visit in the morning when that preferred staff member is working. However, other customers find the staff always courteous and note they will try their best to get any product you want or need.
