“Check in was fast and easy, plenty of parking when I stayed but if hotel was full I think parking would be more difficult. Elevator a bit slow, nothing crazy. First impression off the elevator wasn't great. Carpet.in hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed lately and doesnt appear to have ever been cleaned.”

“We stayed here for one night on our way down to Tennessee. We chose this hotel for the trailer/RV parking and because it was right off the highway. This was a very nice, clean and updated hotel. Check in was great and the rooms are very spacious. Not sure why there's no fan in the bathroom. Lots of amenities and close to a good selection of restaurants. This might be nit picking, but our reservation stated that breakfast was included but the front desk didn't mention it when we checked in. We called down in the morning to ask if our breakfast was included as per our email and were put on hold for over 5 minutes. We ended up just going over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast as we were anxious to get back on the road. This might be something the hotel wants to work out with Hotels.com for the future. Other than that, would recommend and would stay again.”

“The staff were great and it was a very updated clean hotel. However I give it 4 stars because it advertised a pool and they dont have one and thats why we booked the hotel was to go swimming.”
