“I use this post office all the time. I consider it a hidden little gem. I never have to wait, the staff is usually teenagers that are very sweet and helpful, with a little encouragement. You may have to wait a minute or two, because they are also the service desk. It's super convenient and all my packages make it no issue. ?”

Despite this, the staff wasted no time allowing me to fill out an application and getting my application completed snd my picture taken very quickly! Wendy & Chapel were especially helpful, being very caring, polite, and helpful in answering any questions I had. I recommend this location to anyone needing passport services (but make an appointment if you can)”

“I will say I've had my share of problems with the fill in mailmen. My usual guy was pretty good. Today I met a new young mailman on my route and he was so friendly and extremely polite. I am on Illinois avenue near the hospital. If we could only have more employees like him. I hope he gets a raise for his quality service.”
“I had a problem with my package tracking and Cindy was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped me along with several of the other associates in the mail room with tracking and looking at pictures. They went above and beyond great service all around. i’ve come here for years and the attendants are always very nice and helpful. I’ve never experienced in anything other than the best.”
“I really appreciate the job the clerks do. (Carriers, too.) Working for the USPS and with the public is stressful. (That's why it's called, going postal.)
