“Love Park Community as a place to Bank. Credit unions have much better rates for their members. Their service is always good! I've banked with Stockyards, Chase, and Republic as well. After our bad experience with Republic bank wanting to charge us if we transferred money more than 2 times per month, we switched to Park and it's been great! Even when we with other banks, we went to Park for all our car loans as well. They beat out almost everyone else in Louisville and some of the other larger credit unions that are popular for auto loans. Their ITMs (interactive Teller, video calling) service is great! They're open later than the normal banking hours that a teller would be so that's very helpful!”
“I absolutely love banking at Stock Yards. The website is so easy to use. There are many local locations which are super convenient to get to around the city. I even have the option to make ATM withdrawals in $10 increments which is hard to do with most banks. The customer service department is fast to answer considering I usually do everything online. This bank was great when closing on my house. The payments are easily deducted and no work for me.”
“I've had business dealings previously with JCFCU which is now Advanz CU. They've consistently remained highly competitive when it comes to rates on borrowing. I've refinanced 2 vehicles with this company, and they can't be beat! Not only are there no fees, but they're quick! Last auto refinance was completed in less than 24 hours. “Solid bank located off Bardstown road shortly after entering the city of Mount Washington. I have an elderly relative who does not drive anymore who pays some bills through this bank so once a month I make the 10 min trip since i live close to Mount Washington and drop off there bills and checks for them. I usually always use the drive thru and the workers are always very nice and work with a quickness. No real complaints from me. They always deliver the services I need. They do have shorter hours and close early on a Saturday ( noon) but for a smaller bank in a smaller community I understand that.”

“Great bank. Wouldn't bank anywhere else! Theconly problem is with the outside ATM in the drive thru, at the Westport Road location near Kroger and White Castle, always has problems. It either can't read the cash or it cannot provide a receipt when you deposit cash or it has other problems. This has been going on for months. Other locations don't have this problem. I still love 5/3rd better than any other bank because they have great customer service and knowledgeable friendly staff! ???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I love getting to come to Republic to do my bank runs for work. It's my favorite part of the week because I know that it is the last thing that stands in between me and the weekend! I've never personally banked here, but they've been great for the company that I work for. Everyone here is always super sweet, helpful, and don't want to rip my head off after I give them a thousand deposit slips. They also leave trays of cookies/goodies every now and then on the middle table. The inside is so pretty-looking and is always clean.”
