Americas Best Value Inn Florence Cincinnati has undergone recent remodeling, resulting in a much improved appearance and comfort. The updated rooms now feature fresh paint, full-size refrigerator and microwave, and two sinks—one for washing dishes and one for brushing teeth. The bathroom has been changed from a bathtub to a shower, and the rooms are in good condition, safe, and very comfortable. Guests can enjoy a quiet environment within walking distance of restaurants like Waffle House, Popeyes, Subway, and a nearby Speedway gas station. While some reviews mention that the rooms were outdated and in need of repair before the remodel, current reviews indicate that the rooms are now very nice and in good condition. The staff is generally friendly, and the location is convenient, with walkable access to local amenities and attractions like Springtown Park and the arc encounter, which is visible from the parking lot. Breakfast options include waffles, cereal, and eggs, and the inn is pet-friendly for an additional charge. Overall, the inn offers a decent stay with notable improvements and a friendly atmosphere.
