I had another issue pop up recently that required an emergent resolution and GE Credit Union in Florence/Union stepped up in a big way. Stephanie Gollar and the Manager Michelle were super caring and helpful and put my mind at ease. With help from Nathan in the Fraud department, Stephanie, Michele and I were able to stop the problem and put measures into place to keep future problems from arising. Top notch service! Stephanie and Michele even stayed past closing time to help me. Seriously great service.”
“I absolutely love Huntington Bank! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the 24 hour grace on accidently going into a negative balance, plus they make every effort to let you know so you don't have to pay an overdraft charge. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never had an issue. I can't day the same for US Bank. I had been a customer for over 20 years and had quite a few issues with them.I guess my only problem with them is that since i moved, I no longer have a location nearby. It would be great if they put one in Campbell County.. A great location would be around Newport Pavillion or The Newport Shopping Center, because they have that new Newport Gaming spot. The places I mentioned are very high traffic areas. Huntington, please consider it. ♡”

“I have been w/them since they changed from Bank of KY, & have always been treated like gold, even being on the poor side, except just 1 person, yrs ago, who actually did treat the poorer like dirt, so i reported it, & they took care of it immediately. I only don't like the leaving of Independence branches, as for me, the drive, even though 20 to 30 minutes, is a pain, the service has been outstanding, & its not worth leaving for a questionable bank.”

She took the time to understand what I wanted to do, she asked great questions, and was able to explore a few different options that were personalized to me. “Very helpful when a online banking issue caused my rent to pay late and me to incur a late fee. They listened to me, helped me, and signed a letter for my rental manager so my late fee could get forgiven. I have loved US Bank since switching in March and they have definitely made a lifelong customer out of me!”

Absolutely the most amazing banking experience!! I can’t praise the staff at this bank enough, they are professional, knowledgeable and above that caring!! My husband and I have an account with them and recently my aunt who is a senior moved into the area and opened an account with them as well. My aunt still likes to be independent which is not always easy for her and the team at this bank has gone above and beyond to help her maintain her independence in banking with them.
