“I was driving through and stopped here, and I'm so glad I did! I live outside of Atlanta, and was on my way to Columbus, and stopped here. My husband and I have a very extensive record collection, to the point where we're really only looking for a handful of things now. I found stuff here that I didn't know existed for my favorite artists. Super nice staff, really fun store with a ton of stuff. Great selection. Worth the stop and then some!”
“It was April of 2020, just when my hard drive crashed, COVID close-down became real and my non-stick pan, stuck. Frantic to pay bills, I googled on my phone and purchased a reasonably priced, refurbished hard drive from Recharge PC that arrived 2-3 days later. Elated, I called them and Jared instructed me on set-up and other things I didn't know I had available to my access. So professional and patient with this computer layman.Recently I phoned to get assistance with gaming and who but the Wiz, Jared answered and helped me out, once again. “Tom and the rest of the Deluxe PC's team provided incredible Service. After debating the pros and cons about going the used/refurbished route for a new laptop I decided to pull the trigger on a refurbished HP laptop. Upon arrival the Wednesday Evening before thanksgiving the laptop had some issues powering on, so I sent a message that night not expecting a response until at least Monday. I received a response on the issue within 48 hours (black Friday morning) were Tom and I attempted to resolve the issue that morning however we had no luck and ended up needing to do an exchange. Tom had me a return slip and exchange process started by that afternoon. Within a week my replacement had arrived and is working flawlessly. Long story short if you are going to take a chance on capitalizing on the value to be had in the used laptop market, this is the place to do it as they appear to have mitigated if not eliminated all risk with their incredible customer service. They have gained a customer for life in me.”
“I’ve been to many Metro locations this location store is by far the best. Never not once have myself or family nor friends have had any problems. The customer Service and staff is amazing. If I could give 100 stars I would. Everyone in store is kind friendly and very helpful to customers. I’m proud to say my family and friends are Metro customers. “One of the lone survivors of the tech wars after Amazon rose to power. Best Buy has redone their business model to be competitive with Amazon, and they have done a good job. Their website and app are very useful and user friendly. All the Best Buy brick and mortar stores integrate perfectly with Best Buy Online. They used to be separate, but they know customers do not want to be hassled and in turn lose business to AMZN. Unlike Amazon, they sell only the best brands of each tech product, so whichever you choose, it’s bound to be a few steps ahead in quality vs. Amazon’s sellers.”

“I originally had a lot of reservations that a cpap was going to work for me at all. Karen worked with me to find a mask that met my needs.
After the initial appointment the group continued to reach out to me because I was having troubles. A respiratory therapist named Phil reached out to me and helped me get my settings comfortable for me. Then I came back into the Florence office with Karen and she helped me get into a different mask that works great for me. I now have made cpap work for me and the team in place here is really the reason I was successful.”

“Hello, Cathy was using a cart and graciously stepped aside to allow me, a customer, to go ahead of her. ulike several employees who walked right in front of me and I use a cane and had to hurry out of their way. Even when I was using the cart I was forced to get out of the way of employees. Cathy was friendly and asked if I needed anything. Give the girl a raise.”
“Knowledgeable and helpful staff but just once I'd like to come here and not have to wait 30 minutes. Always a long wait. I usually go to Best Buy for my phones but their service has gone downhill. This is the best place to get your phones and service around.”

“Me and my Family walked in to switch our services from one carrier to theirs. On my behalf this turned out to be an aggravating and stressful situation between my old carrier and an irritable baby. JP the senior manager and Jason who was a regular sales agent went out of their way to help with both the Carrier and entertaining the Baby which was greatly appreciated. JP and Jason Customer Service was above and beyond their job description. I would like to give their credit where it is due. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.”
