“Like all Costco gas stations, this place is often busy. The gas station is nice and I feel safe. I do give it 5 stars, but I give the customers 2 stars. While waiting in line, you have plenty of time to find your card. You don't have to wait until you get to the pump to search around for it. Also the customers need to recognize it is busy, so maybe move with some speed. Act like you have pumped gas before. Don't sit in the car after you pump to do whatever you are doing. Move on.”

“Speedway is just what the name says. It is a quick stop for anyone with a fast paced life style or work schedule. I stop in primarily for the gas which is as cheap as I can find it anywhere! I sometimes pickup a donut or breakfast sandwich. Sometimes just that one item that saves an additional stop at the grocery store after a long day. The staff are always friendly and the store is both clean and well stocked. As Always, Enjoy!”

“I visit this gas/station on a daily basis. It's in my neighborhood. The employees are courteous. Store is clean. Never used the restrooms. They have an air pump that is usually out of order. That is the only reason for 4 stars. It's a busy station. Their ice is reasonable too”
“Stopping by this very same speedway Every night is apart of life now living in the nky area my whole life (I'm 53) this store is one of the cleanest welcoming stores around the young lady that works nights most of the time is by far one of the kindest caring sweetest souls I've ever met in my life time never disappoint when I leave”

“This is not my usual go to Kroger and stopped by to pick up something on my way home. It is a smaller store but still offered a great variety. I was greeted when I entered and several times as I shopped. It was impressive how well stocked and organized the store was on a holiday. It was busy but the employees were happy and helpful. I ended up getting a cart full of items. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and I didn't pick up any expired items (has been an issue lately). Also, it has been a couple days since my visit and my bananas have not turned black :)The checkout lines were full but moving quickly. The clerk was friendly and talking to her usual customers. She was reminding them of sales and asking how they were doing. I appreciate how nicely my items were bagged and placed in my cart. It was so refreshing to being in a friendly environment. I will be stopping back in there again!”

“Big shoutout (and a huge raise ) to Regina Wade Chapman at the Hop Shop on Mt. Zion Rd. I was traveling for work, feeling sick, and stopped in for a quick break, as I was still 2.5 hrs away from home. The next morning, Regina messaged me on Facebook asking if I was missing my wallet. I hadn’t even realized it that yup, I had left my wallet behind. And little did she know at the time, my car had gotten broken into while I was away, so I was mentally dealing with that and never realized that I had then left my wallet behind…
I connected with her and drove 2.5 hours back to Florence, and everything was still inside, untouched.

“My goodness I just got the absolutely best service at thortons in Florence ky. It’s been one of those days and I went in to get something to snack on , what I wanted wasn’t on the rollers. This young man working named Ben went out of his way to actually get the items I wanted cooked them put them on the rollers and even came outside to get me when they was ready! Amazing young man ! “This place is great! They have a phenomenal selection of snacks and drinks. And plenty of kratom and other goodies always in stock. My only complaint is their vapes. NO NOT buy vapes from this gas station. They are almost all fake Chinese replicas. And they will not exchange defective vapes. Just go to Monster Vapors, it's right down the road and they're all guaranteed to be authentic and working. They will exchange defective ones too”

“Alignment Service - Stop by to get alignment service done on steer axle. A tech was still in training, so billed for standard service and then 1.5 hrs on top of that. Left very upset and ripped off but contacted TA customer service and Kelly (GM) called back a few days later and we had a good productive conversation and reached a resolution.
Misunderstandings are not the end, they are just a step on a path of life, how misunderstandings are resolved is what defines companies and people that work for and within those companies. Thank you Kelly, you have done what few are willing to do (call and discuss the issues that patrons run into) and because of your willingness to do so, I will return again and encourage many others that read these reviews to do the same.
