“I recently joined Iron Rig, attracted by its simplicity and proximity to my home. Walking into Iron Rig, I immediately noticed the serious fitness vibe, which pushed me to ramp up my own efforts. This gym caters primarily to high-intensity lifting, which aligns perfectly with my focus on core movements. While there are a few cable machines, the abundance of free weights really stands out. The atmosphere is highly respectful—members are diligent about taking care of the equipment, contributing to the clean and well-maintained environment. The owner, Joe, is hands-on and offers a variety of classes that cater to different ages and fitness goals. His approach not only helps in achieving personal health and fitness goals but also fosters a community of motivated individuals. For those looking to elevate their fitness journey, Iron Rig is definitely worth checking out. It’s an excellent place for anyone serious about getting fit in a supportive and professional environment.”

“I was in Northern Kentucky for a month for work and dropped into CNK a few times and absolutely loved it. They made it feel like home for the time being. All the coaches were extremely helpful no matter the skill level, will be back for sure! Workouts were also great!”

“Great gym. Much rather go somewhere like Juggernaut than any big sparkly commercial gym. Jagger clearly knows what he's doing. If you're serious about improving your fitness (whether general fitness for a beginner, functional, hypertrophy and bodybuilding, CrossFit, etc) this gym is ready for you.”
“Akshay is doing great as a personal trainer. We're still learning my physical limitations, so I sometimes stay sore for a couple of days, but I'm having a good time and hoping to do this long term.

“Super rad park! Especially for being a city park. Florence definitely has given locals and visitors a really good place to skate. Nice bowl for rippers and great for beginners. Manny pads, ledges, square/round rails, stairs, gaps, banks, quarters, and a small mini ramp. They really laid it out good. There is even a long curved ledge without a metal edge that needs a good wax job. There is a huge euro gap that is super fun. This place is d.a.f !”

“Florence barbell is what a gym should be. First time I came in I was greeted with smiles and treated like I was family. Doc’s knowledge is vast and his willingness to help even greater. A true gentleman and master of the craft. This is the best gym I have ever been in. Look forward to much more time spent here!!!”
“Parents need to have control of their children in the parking lot from just running whatever direction they desire. There's a lot of cars coming and going someone's going to get hurt. Adults need to supervise the people that are eating so that they put their empty plates and forks and paper cups in the trash and don't leave them in the floor where people walk. That's just nasty.”

“I've been a member for years and Planet Fitness keeps getting better. With the new upgrades in locker rooms and equipment, I'm enjoying the amenities. Now they have a new Olympic weights section with platforms and all...GAME changer! I like to change up with some power lifting at times...Yesss!”
“I started my kids (ages 9 and 11) at Triple Crown MMA Jiu-Jitsu Academy about four months ago, and they absolutely love it. The professor and coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and great with the kids. We’ve met so many wonderful people here and always feel welcome. It’s been amazing to watch my kids grow in confidence, discipline, and skill — and it’s even inspired me to start training as part of my own fitness journey. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly place to learn jiu-jitsu and be part of a great community.”
