“Short and sweet review to spotlight stellar customer service! I'm in the middle of moving into a new condo -- so I had to re-route a package being delivered to my new place since I don't technically live there yet. I made the arrangements online, and then called this FedEx location to confirm their hours so I could pick up my package. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I picked up my package today, the woman at the desk was equally as friendly! I was in and out within 5 minutes -- package in hand without a hassle.
