Very long wait. Part of that issue is probably that it was Saturday when we were there. People were very helpful, friendly, and got our issue resolved pretty quickly. Our wait was nearly an hour from the time we arrived until we were at the counter, and we arrived just after opening. I would guess it may be better on weekdays?
