“Marwan was awesome. Someone hijacked my second line and he was able to resolve it quickly. I been a Boost customer for a couple of years and the reason why I stay is because of people like Marwan. I tried several times to resolve the issue using the let's chat feature and had no luck. Came into the store and Marwan had it resolved in 15 minutes. Thanks again for fixing my phone”

“I want to commend them on the top notch service we received from this place today. We ran into a couple of hurdles due to clerical errors and was tied up for more time than any had hoped fore. “Me and my Family walked in to switch our services from one carrier to theirs. On my behalf this turned out to be an aggravating and stressful situation between my old carrier and an irritable baby. JP the senior manager and Jason who was a regular sales agent went out of their way to help with both the Carrier and entertaining the Baby which was greatly appreciated. JP and Jason Customer Service was above and beyond their job description. I would like to give their credit where it is due. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.”
“Went into the store today to see about purchasing the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025. I will say it was really busy but that's always expected at the Spectrum store.
The one who ended up helping me... Her name was Nicki and let me tell you she was the nicest person I've ever dealt with. She helped get me squared away with what I wanted. Even though the watch was out of stock in store she had it order for me and it's coming to my house.
I wish all the employees were like Nicki because she was such a joy to talk to. Very upbeat and just over all a happy person which was contagious ??.
