“Eric has been very helpful and catered to my need very well. I had a lot of club heads break over the course of about a year and he was the first one to recognize that I need a heavier shaft put on them to fully resolve this issue rather than to continue to just fix it. Luckily they are still under warranty and I haven’t had to spend a dime, but Eric was thinking long term for when the warranty runs out. I appreciate him suggesting this and getting this done for me under the warranty. Had he not suggested this I wouldn’t have even known that was possible. Great customer service on his part and as a whole, the stores customer service is very good. Will definitely use them for when I need to get fitted for my next driver.”
