The representatives were outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me with any questions, problems, or concerns. I couldn’t have asked for greater customer service. I didn’t want to appear annoying, and came twice in one day to ask for assistance. I was reassured that "it was no problem!" The representative, Anna, is an absolute delight; she is such a nice, polite, and patient young lady. It was a Sunday evening nearing closing, so she was able to drive to another Verizon store, open it up for me and my son, and take care of us, even though she was not on the clock anymore. What amazing Service is that! I had some questions for next day, and I texted her, and she replied immediately with my answers. My husband needed a phone as well, so we went back the next day, asked for Rylan, and once again she was amazing! Definitely ask for her at any of the Verizon stores in Clarksville Tennessee.”
