“I was helped quickly and efficiently. Customer service was top tier. I wish I could remember all three of their names, but one of the employees that stood out was Erica. While attempting to transfer my phone number from Spectrum, I was met with an extremely rude Spectrum representative. I have anxiety and hate confrontation, but Erica stood up for me and I was so grateful. Her and two other associates (I think the guy's name was Chris I don't remember the other girls name) worked with me through that frustrating phone call, and we're able to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Communication was also amazing. They took that complicated, anxiety-inducing situation and absolutely crushed it with incredible customer service. I don't know what they're being paid but they deserve a raise, or some incentive because they are impeccable.”

“Last week I called Cricket for a price on two cell phones and I spoke with Alexa, who informed me that she was working at a different store that day. Based on the prices she quoted, I told her I would be there the following day, assuming that the prices would still be good at that location.After driving for an hour to get to the Cricket store I called, the employee who was there gave me much higher prices and he was not very friendly. I called the location where Alexa was working, and she not only honored the prices she gave me the day before, but she stayed after the store closed to help me with the set up of my new phone. She went above and beyond to offer superior customer service and she did not act as if she was inconvenieced at all. She deserves a raise or a promotion!”

“I went and purchased the T-Mobile 5G Gateway. The lady helped me tremendously. She actually took it out of the box and set everything up for me and had it running before I left the store. All I had to do was take it back out of the box when I got home and plugged it in. All I had to do was wait for the signal and connect my devices. She avoided any type of trouble shooting I may have encountered if I had taken it home and set it up myself..”

“Shawn and Jason are truly the best customer service guys I have ever been around. They both spent time with me and helped me switch over my new phone as well as get me set up on First Net. I had forgotten all my passwords and they patiently, politely, and effectively helped me to recover all my passwords. It took some time and occasionally they would have to break away and check on another customer or help coworkers but each time they said they would be rigjt back and they were.
