“Regardless of what the majority of reviews have been, I have found that no matter what pharmacy you have to use for your medication refills or first time pickup, each of the pharmacies are extremely limited on the staffing and operations that they provide so, for whatever the reason you've been upset with this particular location or all Kroger Pharmacy locations, they all work extremely hard to find a way to make sure every customer receives the same level of services, costs, and overall supply of medications hospitals, physicians, and nurses in the medical field are submitting to each of their pharmacy locations.
Thank you for all your hard work and effort to make sure our health is in good hands. Each of you deserves the utmost respect for what you have to handle with every customer's orders.”
“Price increase 30 percent not good. Sent a different generic pills which are much larger and not easy for me to swallow. Used to send a smaller capsule which I could easily swallow.”

“I ran over a large nail a few weeks back on a Sunday. I checked around to see if I could get it fixed that day instead of installing the temporary spare. I dropped my tire off at my local Sam's club in Springdale, they had my tire repaired in less that 2 hours. They made my day 100% better.I can depend on Sam's Club for replacement tires at a reasonable price time after time. Eight sets purchased to date.”

“I do prefer Meijer over Kroger at Oakley for many reasons!
1. Much easier to get in and out of the parking at Meijer. Very straightforward, and nowhere near as convoluted of a lot as Kroger.
2. Prices are more reasonable.
3. People are very friendly.
4. Not as crowded as Kroger either!! I can get in and out much faster”
“Kroger's is a GREAT place to by gas, when both the price is low AND if you have a lot of fuel points! At my usual location, the other night regular was $3.39 a gallon. But, I had $0.60 in fuel points, so I wound up paying only $2.79 a gallon! Gas hasn't been at that regularly low price per gallon in YEARS! ????”
“They're very helpful, and will constantly go above and beyond.Just to try an meet your needs, Rather it be over the counter, meds an or prescriptions, Doctor contacting, and even help with fees, or insurance coverage.....They TRULY, are so much more than just your typical, city drugstore or just An Little PHARMACY.* THEY TRULY CARE AND HAVE ALWAYS DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND MY KIDS, GET THEY'RE MEDS MONTHLY. “We were in the Florence, KY area for my wife’s eye surgery and she realized that she had left one of her medications at home. We called Sam’s Pharmacy and they said they could have it the next morning and gave us their contact info for our Doctor at home to call in the prescription. Savannah and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure they had the prescription and the correct medication by following up with phone calls to our Doctor. We received everything we needed as quickly as possible. Again, we appreciate the efforts by Savannah and Jeff and the Pharmacy Team at Sam’s in Florence.”
“I value an independent pharmacy, and Hart is a prime example of why we all should. They are welcoming and efficient. Their web portal is clear, simple and works. (What a concept!) I now wish I'd transferred my prescriptions sooner, and the transfer was easy with no problems.They also have some basic health products for sale, like bandages, tooth paste, rubbing alcohol, and a gift card section. A business that truly cares about the health of its customers.”

“The pharmacy is the reason I use this store. The pharmacists and service personnel are helpful and willing to communicate regarding prescriptions. The hours are helpful in that they are open every day except Sunday. The rest of the store has medicines and other basics. Hope they can stay in business since bing downtown!!”
“Walmart bakery always has a fresh and large variety of baked goods in assorted flavor combinations. They also offer party cakes for birthdays and graduation, and many more events . They can personalize your cakes as needed or you can grab one that is ready and personalize it yourself. They also offer fresh donuts.”
“Great selection of liquor and beer. Was kind of sad to not find a good selection of mixers, I suppose they expect you to go next door to the full store. They did have some basics like soda and juice but not much for energy drinks.”
“We have been using Tischbein Pharmacy for over a year after moving from Illinois in 2022. This pharmacy is near us and we have found them to be responsive and very efficient in filling our prescriptions drugs. We give them our highest recommendation!”
“I have been using this pharmacy for SEVERAL Years (7+) I have ALWAYS received excellent service. Even when moving three hours away I kept my prescriptions at Ruwe because of always getting such amazing service. I would recommend them to everyone hands down! “Absolutely do NOT like prescriptions being filled at their central regional location about an hour away & being shipped to local pharmacies. It delays customers being able to begin taking needed medications when the local pharmacies have the drugs needed to fill the prescriptions sitting on their shelves anyway.
I understand their reasoning however they are definitely NOT putting the customers first - in fact, the customer is LAST in their list of priorities.”

She gave a us tip as a Veteran to go online and sign up and get our Sam’s club membership for a lower price and then we went up to her to get our new cards and my husband left his phone ? and she found use in the store and returned his phone ? WOW! She is so efficient with customers too and pleasant and has the fastest lines in the whole building!

“Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the amazing services the staff at this Sam’s club location’s pharmacy offers. The two older ladies at the customer desk are super polite, soft spoken and very understanding. The pharmacists are also very caring. I have never had a problem with them and they always call you and explain the situation if there is a problem. Today I was going to pick up a prescription for my son for an upcoming travel and they were out of distilled water. The pharmacist was aware of our international trip and sent someone immediately to get another gallon from a nearby store and got the prescription ready for us very quickly. I have been using this pharmacy for probably 6-8 years and really wanted to give leave a review as a token of appreciation for their hard work and excellent customer service.”

“Schaeper's is the best! Recently my cat was diagnosed with cardiac disease. I am still getting used to giving her the heart medicine every day. I woke up on Saturday morning and didn't realize til late that I had run out. I never wanna be the person that is calling a business right before they are about to close asking them to do something for me. But I know the heart medicine is serious business! Long story short, they were sweet and helpful and accommodating to my last minute request. Won't happen again on my end, but I really appreciated it.
