I have had pastvets completely miss my dogs heart condition and that is time wasted on care that could slow the progression. Not here. They KNOW what they are doing and I feel safe taking my extremely loved pet here. You can tell the difference between a vets office that truly cares and goes above and beyond and which ones don't. Y'all will never find me taking my pets anywhere else, I simply cannot find better.”

We have a cat that we have had for 14 years who never trusted a single soul. (Would never leave a carrier) We tried dr Shepard after years of trying vets. Our cat Baby came out of her carrier without even an ounce of fear. She went right to him without even being bribed or anything. Complete trust she had in him.
This is the cat who has to share a space with someone for months before she would even let you pet her.
She was a rescue and has very little trust in people but she has complete trust right away with dr. Shepherd.
That moment we KNEW dr. Shepard was the vet for us. He gives the most calming aura with animals and he makes sure your animals are well taken care of.”

Dr Bodiker called me himself to share blood results and receive an update. Our family appreciated his kindness during a very stressful time. “I have a chronically sick cat. This had caused me to jump from vet clinic to vet clinic, including a veterinary dermatologist, to find answers. I finally found Plum Street and won’t trust anyone else with my cats, their care for people and their animals is unmatched. As soon as you walk in, Leanne knows who they are caring for and gets you into a room. Dr. Bob spends a great deal of care in getting to know what the problem is with your animal and giving you several opinions or options of what the problem might be and what can be done. Before Plum St Vet Clinic, I felt most vets I brought my cat to didn’t really care to look deeper into my cats issues. We are so grateful for Leanne and Dr. Bob and all the great work they do!”

The front desk is great and takes care of business quickly , especially Emily , she is the best - she definitely goes the extra mile !!! “We unfortunately had to put our 8 year old border collie to rest yesterday.
But Dr kuether did an amazing job with her, and helped us get through a hard moment . Made our girl feel at ease with what was coming.
At one point he even sat with her and rubbed her back at the end. He helped transport her so we didn’t have too- that took a lot of weight off our shoulders. It’s never easy putting your family members at ease.
But the doc did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
He also did a great with our testy lab shepherd who was here to say goodbye to her sister during it.”

They took my girl in after a horrible fight with her sister, kept her overnight started IV antibiotics and she will be stitched tomorrow.
I COULDNT BE MORE GRATEFUL TO THIS CLINIC FOR WHAT THEY DID FOR MY DOG. My husband is disabled and doesn’t drive, I’m out of town. He was able to put my girl on his scooter and take her up there.

“We were referred to Bach Veterinary by a friend, made the trek from Cincy and were not disappointed!! They made us feel so comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. They genuinely seemed to care for my dog and were so helpful in their suggestions for what my dog needed. “For Dr obert I always give a 5 ⭐ because he's awesome and great with animals. No matter what I bring my animals in for he's always great. This visit I brought them in for their annual exam and shots. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel rushed, he makes sure before you leave all your questions are answered, absolutely love him and feel so much more comfortable when I bring my dogs to see him. My dogs get very nervous going to the vet and because he gets down with the animals he somehow puts them at ease.”
