“If you're in the market for high quality furniture and value exceptional customer service , Best Furniture should be on your list. We recently bought a new couch and rug and couldn't be happier with our experience working with Carolynn and her team. They went above and beyond in helping us and the delivery team even disassembled and reassembled a couch just to make sure it fit in a tight stairwell at our house. We'll be back next time we're in the market for furniture.”

“Ms. Debbie was very accommodating and professional, the store was extravagantly clean (thanks to her ocd) and she was very insightful on the quality of all the mattresses. The bed match (powered by Sleep to Live) is so scientifically perfect it narrowed down my search and saved me so much time .. the science works and they even sell beds that aren’t in store. I can’t wait to buy my new bed from here!”

“Loved sales man Kareem! He was not pushy and he really helped me out I was in a bind with money and my credit was not the best . He suggested financing for 12 month 0 interest , I thought no way, but lo and behold he made it happen! I was so happy , I had just moved into my new apartment and literally spent all my monies on moving and little left for a sofa He was fantastic!!And most sofas don’t come with pillows(target charges $100 a pillow ) I have 7 , comes with sofa The rug is gorgeous! It’s unbelievable The cost beats anyone he made me an offer I can’t refuse They setup, deliver, he was kind, very attentive, intelligent and extremely knowledgeable, please go to there , if not him , all the sales people are great !!”

“Hagedorns is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to purchase any appliances. Reason being they care about their customers, they know their inventory and their honesty. I was greeted by Charlie Gilmore and he was so very helpful, answered all my questions. He is a GREAT guy, so knowledgeable about the many different washing machines. Through our conversation, I was able to purchase a Spped Queen washer, meeting all my needs and feeling as though I made a friend with Charlie. Please recognize his OUTSTANDING customer service. Thanks Charlie and Hagedorns. You are the BEST in NKY.”

“While they might not have the largest selection of furniture they had exactly what I needed. They also offer free delivery I believe within 25 miles if I'm not mistaken so that was a blessing just in time for Christmas. I ordered 2 full size matresses for my son's bunkbed and the delivery crew, as well as the kind elderly lady that assisted my purchase, were great!”

“We had the best experience purchasing our new couch with Rand! We spent two days going to the store to decide on the color and exact combination. Rand helped us to decide by moving the display couch pieces over and over! Shipping wasn't overnight, but if you are buying a custom piece, down to the fabric, they do need time to make it and send it. Truly a wonderful experience!!”
